When Will I Receive My Letter?
In true snail mail fashion, good things take a little time.
Every letter is thoughtfully prepared and mailed on the 15th of each month, featuring the following month's theme.
Join by the 1st of the month to be included in the next mailing. Orders placed after the 1st will begin with the following month's letter.
If there are additional letters available from the current month's mailing, a catch-up letter will be sent immediately (at no cost to you) as a "thank you" for subscribing while you wait for your first letter.
Once mailed, U.S. deliveries typically arrive within 3–10 business days.
Need to Cancel or Make Changes?
Log in to your customer portal to manage your letter subscription or update your shipping or billing info.
