Cookie Care

How long do the cookies keep?

Cookies kept in their heat-sealed bag will maintain their taste and texture for 2-3 weeks.

How do I store the cookies?

To keep cookies fresh, keep them in their heat-sealed bag and store in an airtight container at room temperature. Do NOT refrigerate cookies as this will cause condensation that will dry out the cookies and compromise the design.

Can I freeze the cookies?

YES! Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. Keep them in an airtight container and when ready to defrost, leave the container out at room temperature for approximately two hours before removing the cookies.

Do You Ship?

In order to maintain the integrity of the cookies and their designs, and to avoid the risk of cookie breakage in transit, we do not ship cookies at this time.

Custom Orders

Do you do custom cookies?

Yes! Custom cookies are sold by the dozen with a two (2) dozen minimum. We request at least three (3) weeks notice and fulfill orders based on our availability. You can submit an order inquiry here.

What is your custom order pricing?

All custom orders are priced at a fixed rate of $120/dzn with a 2 dozen minimum. Please note that separate orders for different occasions or themes cannot be combined. Your cookie set will include 5-6 designs that are inclusive of all creative mediums that we believe will best represent your theme while maintaining our unique aesthetic. An exact quote for your order will be provided after reviewing the details of your request

References and Inspriation

Although we ask for all your personalizations, including any logos, names, themes, occasions, etc, we will never be able to completely duplicate any reference photos by their exact design or colors. In order to maintain the esthetic and unique style we are known for, we ask for your trust in providing us with the creative freedom to produce what we feel will look best in cookie form as one cohesive set.

Flavors

All cookies are standard vanilla bean sugar cookies decorated with a vanilla/lemon royal icing. At this time, we do not offer any other flavors for custom orders however, please visit our events page on our website to visit us locally and sample our seasonal offerings!

Embellishments

Depending on the design, we may use fondant, molding chocolate, sprinkles, dragees, etc. Some luster dusts, edible glitter and gold or silver metallics are non-toxic and not FDA approved. Please notify us if you'd like us to only use FDA compliant, Kosher certified and 100% edible metallics (additional costs may apply).

Can you do....

Should there be any design requests that cannot be fulfilled within our preferred style and aesthetic, you will be notified and in some cases, we may not be able to fulfill your order. We will however do our best to bring your inspirations to life while still maintaining our own integral process and unique style. Please note we do not do character designs.
